These Terms and Conditions of Sale are the only ones which shall apply unless statutory rights are provided or to be implied into this agreement for sale.
Limits on Sellers Liability
Save as expressly provided the Seller makes no warranties and there are no conditions of this agreement that the goods processed or articles supplied are:
i. fit for their purpose
ii. of merchantable quality
Complaints
Any complaints regarding goods delivered must be made in writing to the seller within five days from the date of delivery and no responsibility or liability is accepted for complaints submitted other than in this manner or in excess of this period.
Delivery & Returns
Knitwell Wools is happy to refund or exchange a full priced item within 14 days from your order delivered date (excluding delivery charge), in accordance with the distance selling regulations. Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in original packaging. Items must not be soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour.
All sale, discounted or promotional items must be returned within 7 days from your order delivered date. On some items there may be no return because they are heavily discounted.
A full refund or exchange will only be guaranteed if the item is returned within the time frames stated above. Any items received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address.
Please indicate in writing the reason for returning the item. You must include your contact details with your item so we can trace your order and issue your refund.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect order therefore we will refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order.
Item(s) should be returned via a trackable service. Please make a note of any tracking numbers in case they are required. We are not responsible for any damaged caused to goods in transit, so please insure that they are securely packaged.
Please allow up to 7 working days after we receive the goods for the refund to be credited to your bank account.
Send all returns to: Knitwell Wools, 34 Ashe St, Clonakilty, Co. Cork, Ireland, P85 HC62 accompanied by the original invoice sent with the item with written reason stated on it for return. Postage fees cannot be refunded.
